WAYS TO HELP
Delivery Days
This is a commitment of approximately four hours on the second Saturday of each month. We meet at the day’s central location, which may vary each month based on need. Each person will be assigned to a team with an experienced team lead. Once we have our delivery assignments, we will move all the components (headboard, footboard, rails, slats, mattresses, and linens) to specific addresses where we will assemble the beds in children’s rooms.
Transport
Our beds are built in Homerville, Ohio. The bed pieces need to be transported to Cleveland once per month. If you have a box truck or trailer and are able to volunteer one day per month, we would love to have you as part of our team.
Linen Inventory
We need twin size sheets, blankets, pillows, and stuffed animals. If you are able to set up a campaign to secure these items, we would be extremely grateful. We ask that the items be new so that the children feel especially loved. Once donated, these items need to be sorted by age and gender. This is a great opportunity for friends and family to get involved.
